Due to the nature of our products IniCosmeticTingz does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. If something is wrong with your order please email us right away at inicosmeticz@gmail.com with your order number and a full description of your product issue. If possible please attach a photo so we can expedite your case and resolve the issue quickly. All complaints will be addressed within 48 hours.
